Property Portfolio Manager

An established, owner-focused property group is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join its Asset Management team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded property professional who enjoys relationship management, portfolio growth, and working closely with investors across a diverse apartment portfolio.

The Role

This position plays a key role in managing and growing relationships with apartment owners and building stakeholders. Acting as a trusted partner to investors, you will support the performance of their assets while identifying opportunities to expand the managed portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for balancing owner engagement, issue resolution and growth initiatives, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step beyond day-to-day property management into a broader portfolio role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with apartment owners, investors, Body Corporates and Owners Associations

• Act as the main point of contact for owner enquiries relating to investment performance, returns and management options

• Resolve owner matters with a professional, solutions-focused approach

• Identify and implement opportunities to increase keys under management

• Maintain strong knowledge of letting models, portfolio structures and relevant legislation

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across the portfolio

About You

• Experience within Property Management, Leasing, Asset Management or Business Development

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confident handling challenging conversations and stakeholder expectations

• Current real estate certificate or licence (or nearing completion)

• High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
